The apartments

A quiet base in Puerto del Carmen, for as long as you like.

Three refurbished apartments on the upper floor of the Kikere complex, set on the lateral side rather than over the pool. Partial sea views, a private terrace, and enough kitchen to live properly for a month.

Being upstairs and off the courtyard is the whole point: no one passes your terrace, and the noise that carries across a complex like this one carries somewhere else. The three units share a layout and a fit-out, so whichever one is free is the one in the photographs.

Inside

What is already there.

  • Equipped kitchen

Hob, fridge, and the utensils to cook properly rather than reheat.

  • Wi-Fi

Throughout the complex, included in the rate.

  • Private terrace

Your own, on the lateral side, not overlooked by the walkway.

  • Communal pool

Shared with the complex, a short walk from the door.

  • 24-hour surveillance

The complex is watched around the clock.

  • Breakfast, optional

Available on request, per person, per day. €8.

Where it is

The quiet end of the strip.

The complex sits on a residential stretch between the villa district and the seafront, beside a five-star hotel — close enough to walk to the old harbour, far enough that the Avenida is something you visit rather than something you hear.

Longer stays

Built for weeks and seasons, not weekends.

One week is the minimum, and a base rather than a hotel room is the idea. A kitchen you can shop for, and a residential street where the day has a rhythm.

One to three months
Priced directly with the owners. Tell us your dates and we will come back with a figure.
October to March
The season the island is quietest and the apartments are booked longest.
Working remotely
Wi-Fi throughout, a table to work at, and an hour's time difference from mainland Europe.
