Who we are

Tinasoria Apartments is managed and marketed by Tinasoria Capital, S.L., which is responsible for the commercial management of the three apartments offered under the Tinasoria Apartments brand. Individual accommodation units may be owned by Tinasoria Capital, S.L. or by third-party owners.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address and your message, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, country of residence, preferred dates and number of guests. The site sets no advertising cookies and builds no profile of you.

How your details are used

The personal data provided through this form will be processed by Tinasoria Capital, S.L., as the entity responsible for the management and marketing of Tinasoria Apartments, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, providing information about availability and accommodation conditions, preparing an offer where applicable, and managing any subsequent booking or pre-contractual relationship.

The legal basis for processing is your request for information and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to manage your enquiry or booking, to comply with a legal obligation, or where service providers acting on our behalf require access to the data.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability by contacting info@tinasoria.com.

How long it is kept

Your details are kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to agree a stay. If no booking follows, they are deleted within one year of our last exchange. If a booking does follow, the data attached to it is kept for the periods Spanish tax and commercial law require, and deleted once those have passed.

If you disagree with us

You may raise it with us first at info@tinasoria.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es), which supervises how your data is handled.
