Your initial choice

When there is no valid saved choice, the initial cookie banner offers Accept and Reject with the same prominence. Analytics is optional: no Google script is loaded and no request is sent to Google before you explicitly accept analytics. The site and enquiry form work without analytics consent.

Purpose and provider

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), with measurement ID G-E3GTQ5NLWS, to understand aggregate website usage and page visits, without advertising features. It uses the identifiers in the analytics cookies described below to distinguish visits. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google's privacy information is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, GA4 uses _ga and _ga_E3GTQ5NLWS. Both are host-only cookies: they apply only to the hostname you visit and are not shared with other subdomains. Each has a maximum lifetime of 180 days (six months), without refreshing that lifetime on later visits.

These periods describe browser storage, not the retention of analytics data or reports by Google.

Remembering your choice

We store one localStorage entry in your browser under the key tinasoria-consulting.analytics.v1. It contains only your choice, granted or denied, and an expiration time of 180 days (six months). This entry is not a personal identifier and sends no personal identifier to our server. Invalid, expired or unavailable storage does not grant analytics permission.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Open Cookie settings in the footer to reopen the banner and change your choice. Choosing Reject after acceptance withdraws analytics consent, disables analytics hits and deletes the two GA cookies. If analytics has loaded and the browser can save the withdrawal, the page reloads to unload Google's runtime. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

If your browser cannot save your choice, the banner displays a notice that it applies only to the current page. On withdrawal, analytics hits remain disabled and the cookies are deleted; we avoid an automatic reload that could restore a previously stored acceptance.

Consent and legal basis

The legal basis for analytics processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Storing and accessing analytics cookies also requires your consent under Article 22(2) of Spain's LSSI. Accepting analytics is separate from the enquiry form's consent checkbox.
