Who we are

This website is published by Tinasoria Capital, S.L., which offers hospitality consulting under the Tinasoria Consulting brand and manages and markets properties in Lanzarote.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your message and, if you give it, the name or link of your property. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and builds no profile of you.

Why, and on what basis

We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the consent you give with the form's checkbox, together with the steps you ask us to take before any contract.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@tinasoria.com. Withdrawing it does not affect what was done before.

Who else handles it

Nobody receives it to use for their own purposes. Two providers handle it on our behalf: Vercel Inc., which hosts this website, and Resend, which delivers the form to our inbox. Both are based in the United States, and where they process data outside the European Economic Area they do so under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long it is kept

As long as it takes to answer you. If no project follows, your details are deleted within one year of our last exchange. If one does, what relates to it is kept for the periods Spanish tax and commercial law require, and deleted once they have passed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@tinasoria.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es).

None. This site stores nothing on your device and there is nothing to accept, which is why there is no banner. Its fonts and images are served from this domain.
